Beat My Speeding Ticket
Book author Jeff Muligan has written a book about speeding tickets. After reading the publication, I found that it was not appropriate for fighting my California radar speeding ticket. It suggested that I ambush the prosecution to destroy the evidence. While a novel concept that probably works in some states, I don't see how it could work here because the judge would state that California offers a discovery law.
